Through this website I am sharing insight about my work, life's journey, interest in photography, visual communication design and
web technologies. I have worked for global brands on the crossroads of design thinking, digital design and project management.

In the past few years I have had the chance to master my photography skills, and learn from colleagues in the design industry. Trips to Cuba, China, South Africa, Australia or Middle East provided inspiration and subjects.
Photography in many ways is a tangible evidence of creativity.

My work domain is enabling connection between people, information and ideas across industries: whether I work with a cross functional team on a given project, or provide consultancy delivering added value ideas and creative work. I enjoy projects that inspire and transform customer experience whether through a holistic service design program, customer journey mapping or a digital design leveraging emerging web trends and new technologies. Design Thinking Method
Using a human-centred approach to innovation that draws from the designer's toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success. Thinking like a designer can transform the way organizations develop products, services, processes, and strategy.
Applying technical and creative skills, agile project management and understanding of web technologies to deliver cutting edge digital solutions that engage and delight end-users. Drawing inspiration from Scandinavian Design that has enlightened me with respect to simplicity and usability of both visual, urban and product design concepts.
Customer Experience & Service Design
Designing a service around customer experience. Applying best practices to the design and prototyping process to deliver an intuitive, simple and enjoyable service. Customer Journey Map is used as the main tool to design a service model, including experience touch points and blueprints; delivering a better service setup. .
Travelling offers opportunity to discover intricacies of the world; its diversity, creativity and heritage. Camera becomes a tool to share the journey with broader audience: to inspire, educate, engage and entertain. When travelling one wants to capture in a tangible sense some of what one sees; scenery, architecture, street life, design, whether it is contemporary or ancient. I work at the intersection of design thinking and program management, integrating expertise beyond project management methodology in order to create a design-conducive and innovative environment that enables holistic service and customer experience design.
DesignExperience: While delivering projects for global brands, I have been able to expand my experience, knowledge and cultural acuity, and hone my innovative approach. I have worked with corporate, government and NGO sectors across various industries. My work is geograophically diverse, currently spanning in the United Kingdom, Canada, Poland and countries where I delieverd various projects including the United States, Australia, China, Norway, Germany and the Middle East. Back in Canada I was managing projects for the International Council of Design and in the recent years I have been working from London for The Coca-Cola Company and for Fidelity International managing digital and service design projects and developing customer experience design capability. I work at the intersection of design thinking and project management, integrating expertise beyond traditional project management methodology in order to create a design-conducive and innovative environment. Design is a method of problem solving. It is a state of mind. It is an approach to a problem. Design is so many things, executed in many different ways, but the objective is always the same. Whether it is a blueprint, a clever UX, a communication tool, or a service – design can help solve a visual or a physical problem.

'Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they did not really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they have had and synthesize new things. And the reason they were able to do that was that they have had more experiences or they have thought more about their experiences than other people.'
